Our Services:
Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs)
An Energy Performance Certificate identifies how energy efficient a home is on a scale of A-G. The most efficient homes - which should have the lowest fuel bills - are in band A.
To produce the certificate a qualified and accredited DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) will first carry out a survey of the property. This takes approximately 30 minutes and looks at things such as insulation levels and the heating system. This information is then input into RdSAP software to produce the SAP rating and corresponding certificate. The Certificate also explains, on a scale of A-G, about the impact the home has on the environment.
Better-rated homes should have less impact through carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. The average property in the UK is in bands D-E for both ratings. Also included are recommendations on ways to improve the home's energy efficiency to save you money and help the environment.
Floor Plans -
When selling a property it is benefical to have a professional floor plan created as this helps potential buyers to see the space before they decide to view the property.
We offer two styles of floorplan and these are the regular 2D version, which most agents use, or a 3D rendered version which is starting to become more popular as it shows a little more detail and gives a feel for the property, but has an additional cost.
